We guarantee your satisfaction with any goods that you purchase from us. In accordance with UK distance selling regulations, you can place a return for your order, within 7 working days from delivery. You must notify us via our customer service email email@example.com You must quote your order number in the email when returning the goods.
If you receive your goods in such a state that they are damaged or not functioning properly, you may contact us within 28 days of receiving your goods to arrange for an exchange or refund.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item needs to have the proof of purchase.

Full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and the refund authorised only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department to check for completeness and correct product return. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 21 working days. You will be refunded the full invoice amount less cost of delivery
We do not offer a free returns or free collection service for returns; therefore you will need take your parcel to the post office and request a tracked delivery service, ensuring you opt for the extra compensation if the contents of your parcel exceed the value of £32.00. A proof of postage will be required so we recommend that you send your package using recorded delivery service, registered post, or courier and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods.
Please ensure all items are adequately packaged and labelled.
You will be responsible for the costs of returning your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returning items for an exchange
We do not offer exchange services, please return your item to us, and place a new order. You will be responsible for the cost of returning your order to us.
Returning Faulty Items
We take great care in maintaining a high level of quality control on orders being dispatched. However, if you do find a fault with your garment please contact a member of our Customer Service Team via firstname.lastname@example.org who will be happy to deal with your issue. You will be asked to provide your full name, order number and a brief description of the fault. Customers have up to 14 days to return a faulty/damaged item.
Garment condition upon return
Do not remove any tags or labels when trying on garments. Please ensure that you are not wearing any make-up which could mark, stain, or damage any items of clothing. Please refrain from wearing any perfume or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on any garment.
Please note that we will be unable to accept any items back to us for a refund or exchange where these instructions have not been adhered to. Where you have returned item(s) and have not adhered to our Return Policy you will be charged a return postage fee to return the item(s) back to you. Items will only be held for a period of 30 days after which time they will be destroyed.
