Amsons® Returns & Exchanges
Overview
We guarantee your satisfaction with all goods purchased from Amsons®. Please read this policy carefully to ensure your return is processed smoothly.

Returns must be initiated by emailing info@amsons.co and quoting your order number.
Conditions for Returns

Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.

Items must be in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 21 working days, minus delivery costs.

Full refunds are authorised after inspection by our Returns Department.

Refunds include the cost of goods only; shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers must use a tracked delivery service and maintain insurance for items valued over £32.

Proof of postage is required.
Please note that Final Sale items cannot be returned for a refund.
Returning Items with Discounts or Promotions

Discounts or promotions may be reversed if the remaining order value does not meet the original promotion criteria.

A delivery cost of £5.99 will be deducted from your refund, if applicable.
Free Exchanges
We are pleased to now offer free exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item for an alternative size of the same product, you can request this through our Customer Service. Once your return has been received and processed, the exchange item will be sent out to you, subject to stock availability. Your first exchange will be free of charge, and if you require any further exchanges for the same order, postage costs will apply.
If, at the time of processing your exchange, the requested size is unavailable, a credit note for the full amount will be issued instead, and no returns fee will be deducted. Please note that if you are also returning other items from your order at the same time, the standard returns fee will be applied to those refunds, while your exchange will still be sent out free of charge. Exchanges are only available for a different size of the same product and cannot be used to switch to a different style.
Please note that Final Sale items cannot be exchanged.

Orders not collected within 7 days of the collection date will be cancelled.

A 10% late cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
Returning Faulty or Damaged Items

Contact info@amsons.co with your full name, order number, and a brief description of the fault.

Faulty items must be returned within 14 days.
Disclaimer
Please note if upon inspection an item is stained, damaged or in a worn condition it may be returned to the customer or 25% may be deducted from the refund amount.
Rest assured we will contact you before we make a final decision.
In the interest of hygiene, Hijab Caps & Face Masks are strictly non-returnable.
Our Products are created to the highest quality and we want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. However, if you receive a faulty item, an incorrect size or it is not up to our usual standards, please contact our customer care team so that we can resolve any issues you may have.
If you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please do not use our returns portal and contact our customer service team first who will advise you with the next steps.
